The South Gate Masonic Hall is a two story, 6,529 sq ft building located in the Seahurst shopping district on Southwest 152nd Street just west of Ambaum
Boulevard SW, also known as "Old Burien".
The primary floor includes a full kitchen (with
commercial range, sink & dishwasher), large dining area, and
separate men's and women's restroom facilities and convenient parking in
back. Tables and chairs are provided and can be arranged or removed as needed.
The second floor is reserved for special occasions and may be rented
separately, pending availability.
The entire facility is is a non-smoking facility and
perfect for Anniversaries, Birthdays, Wedding Receptions, Quince aņos, and more. The property is managed by the South Gate Masonic Temple Association.
 
 
 
Basic Rental Information:
Rental Rates:
Weekend (Fri-Sun) full day downstairs only... $700.00 +
$550.00 damage cleaning deposit. $500.00 is refundable if no damage and facility is clean.
$50.00 is retained for garbage and waste disposal. (8am to 2am)
Upstairs rental... $250.00 + $550.00 damage cleaning deposit.

Ceremonies only...(weddings, baptisms, memorials, etc.) upon completion the room will be locked and all will retire to the first floor reception area if rented together as a package. there will be a lodge monitor present during upstairs use. This is due to insurance regulations for operation of the chair lift. The monitor will depart when the upper floor is secured.
If both floors are rented by the same renter the rental rate will be
$900.00 + a deposit of $650.00 of which $600.00 is refundable if no damage and facility is clean on both floors.
$50.00 is held for garbage and waste disposal.
Mid week rates: (Monday through Thursday) $80.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum. 3 hours plus @
$75 .00 per hour. in addition to the rental cost there is a $550.00 damage cleaning deposit.
$500.00 will be refundable if no damage and facility is clean. A $50.00 fee is retained for waste and garbage disposal.
NOTE: with the exception of June, July and August, all Mondays are booked for Masonic schedules, along with the Friday before the second Monday, and the second Friday after the second Monday unless otherwise notified. In addition the 2nd and 4th Wednesday is reserved for Rainbow girls.
During the summer months the grassy fenced in yard area behind the lodge is available for picnics, birthdays, etc. the rental rate will be
$150.00 for the day if rented independently. $50.00 additional if rented with the lower floor. renters must make sure the grounds are clear of all debris when done.

a) Refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit:
A deposit check will reserve rental date. Deposit check will be returned within 30 days after rental if there is no damage or extra cleaning.
b) Certificate of Personal Liability Insurance:
Certificate is a written notice
from insurance company that renter’s insurance covers South Gate Masonic
Association
with a minimum of $200,000 personal liability insurance during the
date of rental.
c) Banquet Permit - if Serving Liquor:
Must be displayed at the Hall. Get permit from State liquor store.
